Welcome to IN-MotioN Health & Fitness!
 

I’m the owner, instructor, and your friend behind IN-MotioN Health & Fitness! My passion for health and movement led me to open my studio in 2010, starting as a SPIN® studio, I soon expanded to fitness bootcamps, barre, yoga, paddleboard fitness/yoga, and nutrition workshops.


As a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Behavioral Change Specialist, 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and PN1-Nutrition Coach, I am dedicated to blending my passion and expertise to empowering you

on your wellness journey!
