Hi! My name is Angie

Welcome to IN-MotioN Health & Fitness!
 

I’m the owner, instructor, and your friend behind IN-MotioN Health & Fitness. My passion for health and movement led me to open my studio in 2010. Starting with SPIN® classes, I soon expanded to bootcamps, barre, yoga, paddleboard fitness/yoga, and nutrition workshops.


As a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I'm dedicated to helping you on your wellness journey.
