About Angie

    So glad you're here! I'm Angie, the owner, instructor, and your friend behind IN-MotioN Health & Fitness! I've always had a focus for wellness and a mindset for movement leading to my passion for helping others in their health and fitness journeys. My profession in the wellness field began with a SPIN® class and within a few months opening my studio in 2010. Within a few years this transpired into teaching bootcamps, barre, yoga, and paddleboard fitness/yoga  as well as nutrition workshops as a certified ACE GFI, 200HR RYT, Behavioral Change Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
