Weight and body composition goals are different for everyone and are addressed on an individual basis in a sustainable, personalized way — without restriction or extremes.

I’m not fit or flexible. Will I feel behind? No. Every movement and strength plan is customized to your starting point.

I’m Angie ... your midlife wellness coach. I integrate nutrition, strength, mobility, and mindset to help you build strength, improve body composition, and feel confident and in control of your health—without restriction, tracking, or starting over every few weeks.

My coaching approach is structured, supportive, and realistic. I don’t hand out rigid meal plans or generic rules that fall apart when life gets busy. I teach nourishment, awareness, and intentional movement—so you learn how to fuel your body, read its signals, and make progress that actually lasts.

I lead with warmth and understanding, but I don’t let you stay stuck. I challenge the patterns and beliefs keeping you in the “start over” cycle, provide clear guidance, and hold you accountable when consistency gets hard.
