Moving your body is one of the best ways to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility and that’s what Kickstart Strength & Flow is all about! Each week there are 3 workouts -Lower Body, Upper Body and Full Body which include body weight workouts along with beginner yoga flows for well-rounded mat time from the comfort of your home or on travels, and at your chosen time! And yes, you will get a cardio boost! The sessions are 30-minutes or less including cooldown; (please get your warmup in before you press play.) The workouts are beginner and intermediate friendly using body weight or you may add hand weights for added intensity. Complete workouts in the order listed, or feel free to alter to meet your workout schedule. *The workouts vary each day and each week, and the yoga flow segment will progress over the 4 weeks. Also, a BONUS weekly healthy eating meal guide is included for each week with tasty recipes, along with the shopping list, to guide you in your meal planning and recipe ideas for the program period and beyond!
