What’s Included

  • 6 guided weeks with a clear weekly focus

  • On-demand strength training with options (2–4 days/week)

  • On-demand mobility, yoga, and daily movement support

  • Protein-forward recipe library (standard + vegetarian)

  • Supportive weekly emails from me a couple times a week to check in and provide encouragement and information about getting the most out of the program

  • Weekly in-app VIBE Notes to support focus and consistency

  • Reflection prompts for awareness, not evaluation

  • Weekly LIVE coaching calls (replays included)

Supportive Strength Training & Yoga/Mobility

  • Strength work is a key part of the reset — but it’s approached with care.

  • You’ll have access to:

  • Two full-body strength workouts​ (dumbbells only, no gym required)

  • Multiple options for every exercise

  • Guidance on 2–4 days per week (your choice)

  • Demo-based videos so you move with confidence

  • Some women begin strength immediately. Others ease in. Both approaches are supported.

  • A full series of yoga and mobility sessions are included to support mobility, regulation, and daily movement throughout the reset.

Nutrition Without Pressure

Nutrition in this program focuses on stability and nourishment, not restriction.

We prioritize:

  • regular eating

  • consistency over perfection

  • protein to support strength, energy, and recovery

You’ll be guided to begin simply — prioritizing protein in one meal per day — and build from there as it feels supportive.

No tracking. No extremes.

Weekly LIVE calls provide:

teaching related to the week’s focus / practical guidance and mindset support / space for questions and connection

Calls are recorded and available if you can’t attend live.

This is guidance — not accountability pressure.

You move through the program at a steady pace — not all at once.
