Service Description
48-hour minimum notice for appointments. Yoga and strength training compliment each other so well because where one lacks, the other shines! We need strength training to increase our muscle mass and bone density, which both decrease as we age. It also keeps the metabolism humming, improving energy, releasing toxins, and so much more! We need yoga for improved flexibility, balance, posture, improved digestion, breath work and the mind-body connection. Be Strong, Be Yogi offers both in a package customized for you with both resistance training workouts (via body weight and/or resistance training equipment) and yoga practice altered through the schedule based upon individual needs. A free consultation is included to assess your movement history, goals, and to plan the schedule for your personal training program. Four, eight, or twelve session packages available. Sessions are offered in person or virtually.
Cancellation Policy
PRIVATE/Semi-Private BOOKINGS: MUST BE BOOKED a MINIMUM of 24 HRS in ADVANCE. To cancel or reschedule, NOTIFY WITHIN 24 HOURS. Cancellations /reschedules in LESS than 24 hour period WILL BE CHARGED as FULL SESSION.
